Back to Live Dealer

live dealer account review started after i switched from roulette to blackjack

So this is a little weird but curious if anyone else has had it happen. I was playing live roulette for a while, mostly low stakes, kind of just testing out some patterns and seeing how the table felt. Switched over to live blackjack on the same platform using the same account and boom, almost instantly I got flagged for an "account review." It's not like I was running Martingale or anything wild, and all my deposits have been crypto, no crazy bonus chasing either. Chat support wasn't much help, just the generic "security reasons" line.

I'm kind of wondering if the switch between games triggered something or if maybe there's some odd behavior they look for when you go from one type of live dealer game to another. Do casinos track switching games as a sign of suspicious play or do they care more about actual betting patterns? Anyone else seen this happen or know what sets these reviews off?

Maybe not the switch by itself, but I’d bet it was the switch plus table limits plus promo tagging. That stupid combo trips reviews way more than people admit. I had one hit right after moving from a sleepy $1 live roulette table to blackjack and it lined up with a deposit offer still sitting on my account. Suddenly I’m “under review” and the site started loading like wet cement, then funds basically in limbo for a day. So yeah, actual betting pattern matters, but live products get chopped up weird on the backend and bonuses/promotions make it worse. Crypto on top of that and they get twitchy fast.
