played roulette with real balance and bonus balance still got locked somehow

So I decided to test out a roulette strategy using a mix of my real balance and an active bonus. Was sticking to the table games allowed in the bonus rules - no live dealer, just regular RNG roulette, all pretty standard. Suddenly, after a couple spins, my whole account got locked for “irregular play.” Tried contacting support and they gave me some generic answer about bonus abuse, but I didn’t break any of their stated terms.

I’ve always thought as long as you’re within the written limits, it should be fine. Never had issues before on other platforms, even running similar low-edge play. Is this happening more lately to anyone else? The edges on these promos are already razor-thin, so seems wild to get flagged for following the posted rules. Just trying to figure out what triggered it.
