roulette bonus funds blocked after i used racetrack layout

So I was playing online, trying out the racetrack layout for the first time after watching a couple streams on how folks mix sectors with bonus cash. After a few spins, I suddenly couldn’t access my bonus funds - just straight-up locked out. Support gave me the usual copy-paste about “irregular play patterns” but they won’t actually explain what triggered it. I didn’t max bet or try to cover 90 percent of the table, just mixing neighbors bets and a couple of straight-ups, not even close to abusing the promo.

I’m curious if anyone else’s had bonus restrictions kick in just because of using the racetrack or if this is a bigger trend. Makes the whole promo system feel rigged whenever there’s the slightest excitement and boom, account flagged.

Do you think VR casino gaming will become mainstream or will mobile and desktop remain dominant?

Mobile stays king lol. Live dealer racetrack gets flagged fast. I've had winning bets voided on bet365.

VR’s a sideshow, man. Mobile wins because bonus traps and account restrictions already suck enough without strapping on a headset lol

Yeah, my first dumb reaction is the right one: if a “bonus” dies the second you play roulette like an actual human, then the bonus was bullshit from the start lolll. I quit touching promo money on roulette after getting the same canned “irregular play” line over some tiny neighbors around zero. Not big bets, not table-covering, nothing cute. They just want you grinding the safest, dumbest action until rollover bleeds you out, and the minute variance shows up they act shocked. Sooo no, i don’t buy that this is some rare glitch. It’s promo design. They love advertising roulette, then get weird when you actually use roulette bets 😒

Yeah i doubt racetrack itself did it, bonus systems hate sector-style roulette because it looks structured. Annoying as hell, still not rare
