roulette bonus says neighbours count but my racetrack bets barely moved wagering.

so i jumped on this roulette bonus that specifically mentions neighbour bets should count for wagering, but i swear my racetrack bets are barely making a dent in clearing it. i'm hitting the racetrack pretty hard, spreading across tieres and orphelins, but the balance just sits there watching netflix or something.
