roulette promo says call bets count but my voisins chips didnt move the tracker.

So there was this roulette bonus, and in the rules it said call bets count. I put chips on voisins, but after the spin my bet tracker thing only showed single numbers and straight-ups, nothing for the voisins as a group. The chips stayed where I put them, but the tracker didn’t highlight or track the whole voisins section, just the numbers that hit. Didn’t feel right since call bets are supposed to count for promos, right?

Anyone else run into this? Wondering if it’s just a tracker glitch or if I messed up placing the bet somehow. Should I contact support or do these promos just work weird with section bets?
