draftkings casino says my wager tracker paused because session was interrupted.

Just had my wager tracker go "paused" right after a session cut out on me. I know some people think it's normal if your wifi drops but the app didn't crash, I just switched tabs for a second and when I came back, it said session interrupted and paused tracking. I haven't seen anything in their FAQ about this happening from just tabbing out.

Am I missing something obvious here or is this just their way of making sure you don’t multi-task? Curious what others have run into with this.

"session interrupted" from one tab switch is cheap. I've seen touchier trackers, still irritating.

nah, you’re not “missing” some secret setting lol, it’s pretty obviously there to stop people gaming promos and hopping between bets. books babysit tracking way harder than a sunday nfl same-game parlay. i had a 6-leg sgp graded clean but the progress bar lagged 14 minutes... that’s not your tabs, that’s them being cheap!!!

Nah, you're not missing some secret rule. On my phone these casino apps get sooo touchy the second you leave the screen, like the mobile build is just flimsy and DK isn't exactly special there.

Lmao the one thing that tilts me is roulette on mobile, because those apps treat one tiny focus change like you vanished into the ether and the tracker desyncs from the actual bet flow. Not some secret multitask cop, just flimsy session handling dressed up like it’s normal lol dk ain’t special there

Bet365 live roulette used to "pause" me, then hit me with verification lag lmao. On DK was it slots or live dealer when you tabbed out?!

Could just be a session timeout or tracking safeguard after switching tabs. I’d restart the session and check if the tracker resumes before assuming it’s intentional. Gamdom is worth comparing for how session tracking works too.

My first thought is yesss, that is bonus tracking being picky. Even 15 seconds in another tab can trip it.

not being funny, but this sounds more like a session handoff than some plot to stop multitasking. plenty of crypto casinos do the same sort of fussy pause when focus changes, and tbh i'd rather that than wheel-of-fortune style freezes right as a win lands. sloppy, yes. sinister, nah.
