sat at plo25 and two players kept sitting out every time table got short handed

Kept finding myself heads-up at plo25, and these two players always insta-sat out once we got short. Literally every time the table dropped to four or less. It turned into a waiting room instead of a poker game. I get that some people only want to play full ring, but isn’t the point of online poker to get more hands in and keep it flowing? This stalling got so annoying I just closed the client and did some low-stakes blackjack instead.

I know the player pool can be weird at these limits, but is this kind of hit-and-run/sit out just standard now?
