pokerstars hand replayer froze on the all in hand and now history wont load

So I was sweating this big tourney and the damn hand replayer locks up during a crucial all in. Tried to reload the hand history after and now nothing’s coming up - just spinning forever or blank screen. Tried logging out and in, but still stuck. This is the first time this has happened for me and of course it’s on my deepest run lately.

Not sure if it’s something on my side, like a corrupted file or temp issue, or if their servers bugged out right then. Makes me anxious since I need to review that all in hand to see if my read was totally off or not. Anyone else had this freeze up? Wondering if it ever fixes on its own or if I have to contact support and go through the whole ticket routine.
