wpt global froze during heads up sit n go and blinded me out for 3 hands

so this was weird, i was in a heads up sit n go, things were going okay, then all of a sudden everything froze up on my end. no cards, no buttons, nada. by the time it came back, i’d been auto-folded three times and lost a pretty big chunk of my stack. my wifi looked fine, netflix was still running smooth on the other screen. can they just blind you out like that if it’s their site glitching and not your connection? i messaged support, but all i got was the generic “sorry, please try refreshing” stuff.

anyone here had something like this happen during a tourney or sng? did you get anything back, or is it just tough luck and move on?
