wpt global hand froze after turn and river got dealt while i was disconnected.

this one threw me off big time. had jacks on the button, big stack, get it all-in after the turn, then the site lags and kicks me out. when i finally reconnect the river card is out, hand is over, and chips shipped to villain. no replay option, nothing in hand history for that last action. not my first tech issue with online sites, but usually stuff like this gets auto-paused or something. just feels wrong not seeing the whole showdown.

anyone else dealt with this? how do you prove what really happened if support just shrugs?

Yeah, disconnects happen, BUT no hand history after an all-in is bush league. From my own rough little tour lately, if a room can’t cough up a server log, I file it with Casino & Sportsbook Reviews nonsense: delayed, vague, then a shrug. TRASH lol

Honestly the part that gets me is WPT acting more janky than some random crypto casinos. I had a freeze mid-spin on one last winter and at least the round state was there when I got back. Lowkey annoying yours just... Moves on.
