pokerstars tourney paused during hand for server issue then resumed with pot missing.

Was playing a sit n go last night and mid-hand the whole table froze up for a good 5 minutes. Eventually it says server issue, and when it came back, everyone’s stacks were right but the pot in the middle just vanished. No idea who was supposed to win it, but it was a pretty big hand. Support just said “look into it” but I’m not holding my breath.

Anyone else seen this or have a clue if they usually give the pot back or just pretend nothing happened? Feels sketchy if you ask me, but maybe it’s more common than I thought. Would you push on support or just take the L and move on?
