online poker hand history missing the biggest pot from my session

my hand history from last night is missing the one hand that actually made my night. i flopped a set against a guy who’s always running wild in chat, got stacks in by the river and it was by far the biggest pot i played. weird part is, every other hand from that session shows up fine, even hands i folded preflop. not the big one though, nowhere in the summary or my download. i know for sure it happened since a couple folks in the table chat even commented about it

wondering if this happens often for anyone else. feels sketchy but maybe there’s a glitch or it just takes longer for some hands to show up.

Yeah, the all-in pots are the ones that go missing when a room’s hand logger hiccups, and that’s about as exciting as it gets. I’ve had one vanish after a side pot and spent an hour thinking I imagined it. Learned fast the summary feed can just choke and skip the juicy hand, big deal!!!

What gets me is when that missing hand is the one tied to a promo counter, suddenly support can see EVERYTHING. Had it in short-handed six plus, bonus points were off by one hand, real cute stuff

Maybe, but "sketchy" is a stretch. Bonus-triggered hands and disconnect weirdness miss logs sometimes, I've had it too.

I've seen hand histories get delayed before, especially after longer sessions. If everything else is there except one hand, I'd give it a little time and then contact support if it still doesn't appear. I

Nah, live dealer lag ain't the same as poker logs missing one all-in hand. Different pipe lol

Live roulette got the same sloppy energy, dealer yaps, no private tables, everybody piled in, and somehow the one thing you actually care about goes fuzzy lol. If they can’t keep rakeback straight I’m not acting shocked a monster pot ghosts out...
