online poker hand history missing the biggest pot from my session

my hand history from last night is missing the one hand that actually made my night. i flopped a set against a guy who’s always running wild in chat, got stacks in by the river and it was by far the biggest pot i played. weird part is, every other hand from that session shows up fine, even hands i folded preflop. not the big one though, nowhere in the summary or my download. i know for sure it happened since a couple folks in the table chat even commented about it

wondering if this happens often for anyone else. feels sketchy but maybe there’s a glitch or it just takes longer for some hands to show up.
