online poker room says my withdrawal needs hand history audit after one big cooler

Got hit with a crazy cooler at 2am, flush over full house on the river. Next day I try to cash out and the poker room emails me saying my withdrawal is on hold for a hand history audit. Been playing online for years and never had this happen, and it’s not like I was multi-tabling or running anything wild. Just standard grind, maybe 3 or 4 tables, no funny business. My balance isn’t even that huge compared to swings I’ve had before, so not sure what triggered this.

I’m wondering if anyone else here has run into this, especially after one big hand. Feels like either their security system flagged me, or they just don’t like paying out after a bad beat for them. Always try to keep things stable, play by the book, and now this. Curious what the usual timeline is for these audits and what kind of things they look for.
