acr withdrawal paused for “table activity review” after i cashed in small mtts.

So I try to withdraw after running deep in a couple of the smaller MTTs, nothing crazy, and I get hit with this "table activity review" thing. Never had that happen before and I'm not exactly grinding high stakes or multi-accounting, just playing pretty standard. Been cashing out here and there for months without issues, and this time was actually one of my smaller wins. Nothing flagged on my end that I know of.

Is this something new they’re doing, or did I just get unlucky and trigger it randomly? Kinda annoying because it was only a couple hundred, so now I’m wondering if I should avoid putting too much in at once if their system gets jumpy with withdrawals. Feels weird that it happens on small tourney cashes instead of some big spike. Anyone else seeing this more often lately or just me being paranoid?
