ggpoker bounty tournament froze after rebuy and my stack came back shorter.

Was playing a knockout tournament and it froze on me right after I did a rebuy, which already felt kinda sketch. When it loaded up again, my stack was noticeably lower than it should have been. Not talking about a few chips missing either, it was enough to mess up my play. Customer support is just giving me the runaround.

Has anyone else had this happen after a crash or freeze? Did you ever get the missing stack sorted out or is it just gone for good? Wondering if this is something that happens on other sites too.
