acr tournament ticket vanished after late reg closed but i never got seated

registered late with a satellite ticket, late reg was almost done but i was sure there was time left. didn’t get seated before the window closed and now my ticket’s just gone. checked my tournament history and it just says “expired” with no cash or entry credited back. never sat, no cards, nothing. tried logging in and out but still no sign of the buyin or ticket anywhere. usually if you miss reg it just leaves the ticket in your account, right? not used to this happening at all.

has this ever happened to anyone? feels scammy but maybe i missed some fine print? hard to stay cool when this stuff happens.
