pokerstars freeroll ticket showed registered but lobby never seated me.

Had a freeroll ticket from a promo, showed registered and everything, but when the tourney kicked off, my seat never loaded. Tried refreshing and logging back in, still nothing but the lobby said I was in. Pretty frustrating since I usually keep track of start times and try not to miss these freebies.

Anyone else ever have this happen? I don’t want to spam support unless it’s common or there’s some workaround I missed. Is this just a random glitch or is there something I should do differently to avoid it next time?

That would annoy me too, especially with a freeroll since you’re basically losing the chance to play because of a technical issue.

yeah id still message support. ppl act like its somehow needy to do that but registered in the lobby means nothing if the server never actually places u. seen the same kind of half-synced nonsense on online casinos too where it says ur in and ur not. not a workaround issue tbh its their side. take screenshots next time and make them answer 🙂
