pokerstars freeroll ticket showed registered but lobby never seated me.

Had a freeroll ticket from a promo, showed registered and everything, but when the tourney kicked off, my seat never loaded. Tried refreshing and logging back in, still nothing but the lobby said I was in. Pretty frustrating since I usually keep track of start times and try not to miss these freebies.

Anyone else ever have this happen? I don’t want to spam support unless it’s common or there’s some workaround I missed. Is this just a random glitch or is there something I should do differently to avoid it next time?
