888poker freeroll prize showed credited then disappeared from balance.

I played in a freeroll last night, finished ITM, got a tiny prize, and it actually showed in my balance for a few minutes. Checked again after a bathroom break and it was totally gone. Tried logging in and out, refreshing, nothing. Pretty sure it’s not a visual glitch, the history is totally missing it now.

Never had a prize just vanish like that. Usually if the casino messes up, the balance just sits there till they fix it, but here it’s like it never happened. Anyone else ever have this or know what’s up?

Maybe not shady, just sloppy. But yeah, if a blackjack hand gets corrected later the audit line still exists, and when a freeroll cash line vanishes entirely that usually means their tournament settlement sync broke, not your balance screen.

yeah ive had this kind of thing with promo money and freeroll crumbs and its always the same vibe they let it sit there just long enough for u to think its real then some back end check wipes it out. not even saying its a scam just that freeroll money gets treated like an afterthought. i had a stupid 6 dollar cricket bet once from a promo balance and they voided the promo side after the match settled so the whole ledger looked clean like i imagined it. thats the part that annoys me. if it was a proper cash prize it wouldnt just vanish so neatly. tiny prizes get handled like lint and somehow thats acceptable rn
