satellite ticket expired?

Saw my satellite ticket sitting in the poker client, but when I tried using it tonight, it says expired. Was sure it still had time left - I’m usually not one for details but I swear I checked the date earlier this week. Anyone else had this happen? Feels a bit off because if we win these through promos or cash tables, losing them to a deadline seems super harsh.

I’ve had bonus spins vanish from casino sites before but thought tournament tickets stuck around a bit longer. Makes me wonder if I just missed fine print or if there’s some grace period I don’t know about. Wondering if you ever got a ticket reinstated after this happened. I usually roll with live blackjack but picked up this poker ticket trying to diversify the grind. Now I’m just annoyed and left snacking my way through the disappointment. Would love to hear what you’d do.

Yeah, this happens, and lol the dumbest most obvious answer is usually the right one: the ticket expired exactly when they said it did, just in some stupid server timezone buried in fine print. I’ve had a poker client show “valid through Friday” and it really meant 00:00 Friday, which is clown stuff but pretty standard casino/sportsbook behavior. I wouldn’t expect reinstatement unless the lobby screenshot and the ticket details actually mismatch. Did it show a real timestamp anywhere, or just the date in the client?

Nah, the snack part isn’t the issue, it’s these promo-ticket “bonuses” acting like gifts when they expire on some stupid server clock. I’ve had one die at 00:00 with only a date shown, which is cheap.

yeah this happens and its exactly the kind of petty stuff poker clients and online casinos get away with because they know most ppl wont chase it for one ticket. i had one vanish a day early on what looked like server time vs my time and support gave me the usual canned shrug. thats the part that gets me, not even the loss, just the nickel and dime feel of it. if its promo junk fine say promo junk, but if u won the seat token through play it should roll to cash or get a short grace window. always feels real generous til its time to honor it. still annoyed for u tbh i hate when the machine wins on paperwork instead of cards
