open shove range?

Lately I've been trying to dial in when to open shove in tournaments, especially in that 10-20bb zone. I've seen everything from guys jamming any ace to people who wait for premium hands only, and I can't seem to find the right balance. Stack sizes at the table can make it weird too, like if there’s a couple big stacks behind or a ton of shorties.

I feel like I end up playing too tight and missing spots, or too loose and getting snapped off. Curious how folks here handle their ranges or adjust for stuff like table image and payout jumps.

Ngl 20bb open jamming feels grim. 12bb EP is more my line tbh.

Open shoving 20bb is soooo often just lazy poker, that part always makes me shrug. 10-12bb late position, fine, print with the right hole cards, but people act like any ace is a personality now
