shove range too wide

so i keep seeing people in the small stakes tourneys just ripping it in way too wide preflop, like not just the classic late position stuff but early and mid too. i get that folks wanna push their edge or maybe they just don’t care that much at the buy-in, but some of these jam ranges look wild to me. like people open-shoving with mid suited connectors or low ace-x hands with a bunch of blinds behind.

i know the meta always shifts and yeah, sometimes it works, but is this just low stakes madness or is there something i’m missing with the current theory? anybody here shoving way looser these days and having it work out? just curious if i’m being too nitty or not. what do you all think, is it really profitable long term or just easier for people to tilt off?
