partypoker sit n go lobby showed 6 players but paid like 5 max

was playing a turbo sng last night, lobby showed it was 6-handed and the prize pool said top 2 get paid. after busting third i checked the payout and it looked more like it was structured for a 5-player table. buy-ins matched what you'd expect for 6 but the actual distribution seemed off. i thought maybe i missed something about late registration, but i watched all the seats fill live.

anyone else seen this kind of payout mixup before? wondering if this is a weird bug or if there’s something in the fine print i overlooked - how do you guys handle it when payouts don’t add up to the lobby info?
