partypoker table balance showed wrong after all in pot chopped

Had this wild hand last night - went all in on the river with one other player, board runs out for a perfect split pot, zero drama, or so I thought. Table balance updates and suddenly I’m short a chunk of change. Not a lot, but definitely not the chopped amount we both should have gotten. Other dude says his looks right, mine doesn’t. Refreshing didn’t fix it, and I had to hunt through the hand history to make sure I wasn’t just being a scatterbrain which, I’ll admit, happens more than I’d like.

Support is still “investigating” and the live chat agent seemed about as confused as I was. Now I’m second guessing every micro-move I make with my roll - really don’t need to start tracking my pennies and nickels on my own spreadsheet after every hand. Anyone else ever have the table balance bug out after a chop? Wondering if this is an unlucky fluke or if I should keep my tinfoil hat on during these all-in splits.

"pennies and nickels" is too real. I started snapping chip counts on crypto casino tables after one weird split pot and felt VERY old

I’d challenge the “money actually vanished” part a bit. I’ve had partypoker show a wrong table stack after a chopped all-in while cashier balance was fine, same kind of dumb lag you see on slots meters, and the hand history settled it later. Still sloppy, but not tinfoil-hat stuff yet.

"scatterbrain" got me, I take screenshots of slot balances for this exact kind of dumb mismatch stuff
