room flagged my account because i transferred chips to staking wallet after tourney

so i ran decently deep in a plo mtt last night, wanted to move my stack over to my staking wallet as usual, but got hit with a temporary flag on my account. support says it’s standard procedure but i’ve always moved chips this way after playing, never had a problem before. they’re running some kind of “source of funds” check now. feels weird since i only play cash and mtts with my own roll, no weird transfers. has anyone dealt with this? i’m just leaving the chips where they are until it clears, but it’s messing with my session routine. curious how strict these checks are lately.

Yeah I’ve dealt with that, it’s dumb lol. The staking wallet part is what I’d stop doing, not the play, these sites get way more weird about internal shuffling than a normal PLO run, same thing on Sports Betting accounts when you bounce between products, lazy risk stuff lmao

Yeah, “standard procedure” my ass, but on crypto casinos the source-of-funds thing is usually just random compliance theater. I keep every txid and deposit receipt like its court paper lol, because support suddenly gets amnesia the minute you win.

lmao the part that got me wasn’t even the check, it was how it nuked my routine and i played like an idiot after. i had one of these hangs, got pissed, wandered into blackjack to kill time, and punted more there than the frozen chips were worth lol, so now i just log off and count that as one of my tiny victories, i think anyway

Nah, the dumb part is they often code a tourney cash different from regular wallet balance, so the minute you shove it into staking it stops looking like poker money and starts looking "internal transfer." lazy back office stuff, tbh

Yeah, I’ve had that exact stupid pause. The move to a staking wallet is what trips it, not the tourney. They see chips hop sideways and suddenly everybody’s Sherlock Holmes. I stopped doing anything right after a run, let it sit a day, then move it. Annoying, yes, but cleaner. Same vibe as blackjack cashout reviews when you color up too neatly and the room gets religion. I had one flag hit after a PLO cash and a blackjack side session, support cleared it in 36 hours. Leave the bottle capped, wait it out.
