poker bonus says satellites count but only cash buy ins moved the tracker.

so i grabbed this poker bonus after the promo page said satellites would count for the required hands played. i hopped in a few micro satellites but the bonus tracker hasn’t budged. only noticed movement when i switched to a cash game buy in, which isn’t how they made it sound. rules look pretty vague too, so i’m just guessing here. i’d rather grind smaller satellites anyway since the buy ins are cheap, feels like less stress on my bankroll. anybody else see this? really not into chasing support down over bonus terms that aren’t clear in the first place.
