partypoker deposit bonus says cash rake only but fast forward hands counted wrong.

I hit that deposit bonus promo, saw it was "cash games rake only" but figured my fast forward hands counted like usual since they're all ring games just way quicker. Checked my bonus tracker and it's missing a ton of hands, even though they're supposed to be raked. Super frustrating, especially when I'm pretty careful about sticking to the terms.

Anyone else actually get their fast forward hands to count for this? Am I missing something obvious in the way the hands or rake are being tracked, or is this some loophole they use to avoid payouts?
