played rush poker for 4 hours and promo counted only half the hands

Put in four hours grinding rush poker, kept track of my hands cause I wanted to max out this promo, but at the end it said I only played half of what I actually did. I’m not one to obsess over every click, but if I’m gonna sit and avoid the roulette wheel for hours, it better count for something. Anyone else have this issue? Is it a known thing with fast poker formats, or did I just fall into some kind of weird technical glitch?

Maybe you miscounted some, sure, but rush poker promos are notorious for counting “eligible” hands, not actual hands dealt. That Casino & Sportsbook Reviews garbage wording is the whole trick. Brutal.

"eligible" is such a dirty little word. same stunt as netbet promos.

“eligible” is always where they hide the body lmao. I’ve had fast poker promos do that exact dumb split, then the live dealer side tracks every side bet instantly, real real funny how the glitch only hits poker lol

Zoom hands folding pre, or only flops seen for the promo?

Rush can make this happen because you're playing way more hands per hour than regular cash games. The promo counter may also use its own qualifying-hand rules rather than simply counting every hand you see.
