rakeback cap hit

just hit the rakeback cap for the first time this month and it feels a bit weird. not complaining about the free cash but it’s a different game when you know your hands aren’t adding up more rewards after a certain point. played most of it grinding nl200 and a little plo, didn’t even realize i was close until the popup came up. was aiming for a higher volume month so i guess the extra hands are just for pride now.

for those who’ve been here before, do you find you adjust your volume once you cap, or keep grinding at the same pace? honestly curious if people chase other promos or just focus on making solid decisions after that point.

I kept grinding. Slots cured me.

I’d challenge the “just for pride now” part. Once the cap hits, that’s the first honest stretch of the month. If the grind looks thin without rakeback, that tells you something. Same reason slots promos make people do dumb volume after the value’s gone. I cut hands. Chasing crumbs after a cap is how a decent month turns stale.

The biggest opportunity for original crypto casino games might be finding mechanics that traditional studios are too cautious to experiment with, rather than trying to copy the same successful slot formulas.
