poker bonus says knockouts count but bounty fees didnt move the tracker.

Chasing that poker bonus with the knockout requirement and it straight up ignores my bounty fees. The promo said every knockout should move the needle, but after playing several knockout tourneys, the tracker is still frozen. I double-checked my hand histories and I definitely scored legit knockouts.

I get that sometimes bonus systems lag, but I’m wondering if anyone here has had similar trouble? Is it a common issue for the bonus tracker to just not pick up bounties, or am I missing some fine print about which knockouts actually count? Has anyone gotten a retroactive fix for this kind of thing or is it just wasted effort to chase support?

Yeah this sounds like the tracker is busted, not you, poker promos do this way too much and support loves acting like bounty fees are some separate planet... Were these regular ko mtts or progressive k.o., and did the live dealer side of the promo page show the same frozen counter too?

Yep, experienced this before. Support had to check the individual tournament

could be a tracker bug or promo fine print. i'd save the hand histories and contact support. Vega, Stake, and other platforms may handle retroactive bonus claims differently.
