poker bonus says knockouts count but bounty fees didnt move the tracker.

Chasing that poker bonus with the knockout requirement and it straight up ignores my bounty fees. The promo said every knockout should move the needle, but after playing several knockout tourneys, the tracker is still frozen. I double-checked my hand histories and I definitely scored legit knockouts.

I get that sometimes bonus systems lag, but I’m wondering if anyone here has had similar trouble? Is it a common issue for the bonus tracker to just not pick up bounties, or am I missing some fine print about which knockouts actually count? Has anyone gotten a retroactive fix for this kind of thing or is it just wasted effort to chase support?
