wpt global bounty didnt credit after i knocked player out during disconnect.

so i'm playing this knockout tourney, and the player i'm up against disconnects right as i get him all-in. i win the hand, see his chips in my stack, but no bounty gets credited. i refresh thinking maybe it's just a lag thing, but still nothing shows up. checked the lobby, nothing there either. it's one of those times where i wonder if the system glitches when people disconnect at the wrong moment. i guess it could be just bad timing, but feels like i've seen something similar before.

i know poker sites have hiccups, especially when the table's running hot, but how long would you guys wait before raising a ticket? has anyone else had this kind of bounty vanish during a disconnect or is this just my classic unlucky streak acting up again?

Don't wait. If the hand history shows the ko in poker, file the ticket now, disconnects don't void bounties

Ticket with the tourney ID, exact hand time, and a screenshot of the lobby before they make it your job to prove their own busted bounty logic. I’ve had poker support act like a disconnect plus lag means “display delay” when the chips moved just fine, which tells you plenty.

crypto buzzword stuff does nothing for me when the basics still break. i had bet365 roulette drop me twice right as the wheel settled, and ever since then i hear “innovation” and think, great, another shiny layer over the same old disconnect mess.

The more annoying bit is this probably is not the same failure you had on bet365. Live dealer stuff breaks at the table view. Missing bounty credit is usually the back-end event not posting, which is worse because support can pretend the hand and the knockout are separate clocks. I'd ticket it now, not later.

The disconnect timing makes this one worth documenting. If the hand finished normally and the opponent's stack transferred to you, I'd expect the bounty event to be recorded separately too. I'd probably ticket it if it doesn't appear after the next lobby update.
