does playing only heads up sit n gos make poker rooms review accounts faster

so i’ve been grinding almost only heads up sit n gos the last few weeks, pretty steady volume but nothing insane, like 30-40 games a day. i heard from some folks that sticking to just heads up formats can make poker rooms flag your account for review faster, maybe thinking you’re a bot or up to something. idk how true that is, but i did notice my cashouts are getting a bit slower lately, and i’m wondering if it’s because i haven’t mixed in ring games or mtts.

not trying to dodge scrutiny or anything, just like the heads up structure. easier to focus, less waiting, feels more in control. guess the rooms are always tweaking their detection stuff though, so maybe it’s just normal. anyone else mainly play heads up and get more reviews or slowdowns? is it really more risky to stick to a single format? curious how others handle this, especially if you don’t play like a huge shark. does mixing in other formats actually help or nah?
