mgm roulette history skipped the spin where i had straight up on 17

so the roulette history on mgm just straight up skipped a spin where i had a decent chunk on 17. it’s like the spin never even existed in their record, but i definitely remember placing it and watching the ball bounce. makes me wonder how often this actually happens and if it’s just a visual glitch or something worse. i know i can be paranoid but when actual money’s involved i start double-checking everything.

anyone else have spins just vanish from the history, or is this just a one-time thing for me?
