casino warning for “minimum risk roulette” after i played red and one split

Got one of those pop-up warnings last night at the casino site, flagged me for “minimum risk roulette” after I placed a chunk on red and just tossed a cheeky split on the 6-9 for good measure. Nothing even close to a full table spread, barely looked like a cover bet to me. Only spun a few times like that, so it surprised me - felt like I was playing with some sweat, not just grinding even money.

Is this the new thing? Are they tightening up on anyone not dumping chips everywhere, or did I just hit some weird combo of wagers that tripped a bot? Curious if anyone else has gotten dinged for what seemed like a “normal” bet, not the classic low-risk flat bets.

Not even convinced it’s “bots” in the scary way, tbh lol, a lot of these casino review horror stories are just dumb rule flags on even-money + tiny side action and the system freaks out. I had it happen after announced bets got logged weird, whole thing felt cheap as hell lmao

Promo bucket is the part people miss. Raw cash red + a split is boring. Toss in a bonus tracker and suddenly the same bet gets treated like a scheme.

Not even the neighbor part, half the time it’s the promo bucket doing it, they shove roulette play under bonus surveillance and call it “risk” after. Were you on some redeposit or cashback thing when it popped, or just raw cash play, because THAT changes it fast

Promo buckets are where roulette goes to get frisked by a mall cop. I’ve had a cashback tag make a plain outside bet suddenly “strategic,” which is casino-speak for we wrote one lazy rule and now red plus a crumb of inside action gets treated like you brought blueprints.

It’s the combo, but not because the split is some genius cover lol. A lot of these rooms score roulette bets by exposure bands, and red + one tiny inside bet lands in the same cheap little bucket as “looks like player is trying to dodge even-money pattern flags.” I got a warning on auto roulette doing black + 0-3 split, five spins in, stakes were like $40 total. That’s not “minimum risk,” that’s just a lazy rule set. Feels like the new thing is they tightened the bot and never bothered fixing false positives, especially on live tables where the backend logs are janky as hell. Soo yeah, normal bets getting tagged is absolutely a thing now

Yeah, that smells like a dumb bot more than some genius risk team. Red plus a little split is nowhere near a real cover, it’s the same kind of nitpicky pattern-flagging you see in poker rooms when you size one bet funny and suddenly the system gets precious about it...
