European roulette just makes more sense to me.

Been trying to mess around with roulette on my phone during downtime at work and honestly, European roulette just feels less soul-crushing. That extra green zero in the other version makes my spreadsheet cry. Maybe it’s just the micro-optimizer in me but if I’m gonna lose, I’d rather lose slightly less over the long run.

I know it probably doesn’t matter if you’re just dropping a few bucks here and there but does anyone actually prefer the two-zero table, or am I missing something? Anyone got a hot take or is it just about table availability?

"spreadsheet cry" is the part i believed, phone roulette numbers blur together for me faster than slots do.

Nah, you’re not missing some secret sauce, you’re just being less willing to pay the dumb tax lolll. People say “it’s only one more zero” like that isn’t the whole scam sitting there on the layout in neon. The only time i see folks “prefer” double-zero is because that’s what their app shoves in front of them first, or they’re playing speed roulette and chasing more spins like little chaos goblins. And this is where casino & sportsbook reviews get mushy: they’ll praise the slick live table and somehow skip the hidden house edge bit because oooh pretty dealer. I’m a little jealous tbh, because your spreadsheet brain is doing what mine should’ve done before i donated to american wheels for way too long.
