Slot UI customization: why can't you hide unnecessary features

so, does anyone else get annoyed with all the clutter in slot games now? like i just want to spin and see the reels, but there’s always a million extra buttons and popups everywhere. stuff like buy bonus, side games, reminders to try some feature i’ll never use. it honestly gets distracting, especially when i’m just trying to stay on my budget and keep focus.

with sports betting you can usually set your view to only see what you need, or filter down the markets. feels like slot designers could do something similar, let us toggle stuff off if we’re not interested. would help people who are actually trying to stick to some discipline. not everyone wants autoplay, turbo mode, or the social nonsense. i’d rather it be just me, the reels, and my own rules. anyone figured out a way around all the extras?

Crypto casino slots really lean into UI chaos lately. Only workaround I found is playing older games like Book of Dead, fewer distractions.

Lately I just claim bonuses with low playthrough and cash out after a few spins, skipping the whole clutter parade. The UI noise almost makes restraint easier.

Hard relate. Sometimes I get so irked by the mess that I’ll literally write down my target spins and set a phone timer, just to force my own rhythm over the circus. Feels like budgeting for real groceries while they try to sell you a blender every aisle. For a while I’d even mute the sound so the popups can’t jump me with their little bings. If you ever found a slot with true minimal UI, shout it out, because I’m all ears.

those overlays mess with tracking your actual wins and losses too. at least with slots, the more extra features there are, the easier it is to lose sight of your session stats. one reason i stick to fixed-payline games.
