why some slot games have features that seem completely impossible to trigger.

some of these slots feel like they’re trolling us with the bonus features. i see the symbols line up almost, or the third scatter teases for ages, then never lands. i get that there’s math behind it, but sometimes the advertised features pop off so rarely, i start wondering if they’re just there as bait. blackjack is boring sometimes but at least you know the odds and what’s in the shoe. do you think these hard-to-trigger slot features actually have any decent long term value, or is it just a distraction to keep us spinning?

Some features genuinely have value built into the game's RTP, but that doesn't mean you'll personally see them often.

Not always, sometimes it isn't dead reels so much as near miss pacing, that's the hook. Poker's cleaner for me, soooo much easier to stomach when the stall is a person and not coded

Yeah, tease spins are the product lol. Trigger rate aint value, RTP is, same as bad sports betting odds

When the bonus buy costs 100x, you really think the base game isn't bait lolll
