RTP versions matter?
been reading a lot about different rtp versions for the same slot and it’s making me second guess the whole experience. i always figured rtp was mostly a marketing thing for slots, but now that i’m seeing the same title can have different settings depending on where you’re playing, feels like another layer of the casino edge i’ve just been ignoring. not sure if it actually impacts the short-term runs or if it just matters in the super long haul, like thousands of spins. anyone else notice how the supposed “higher rtp” version is nearly impossible to track down on some sites? feels shady but maybe it’s just standard in the industry.
i’ve mostly been a poker guy so the idea of getting milked for that extra percent stings more than it probably should. does it change your game at all if you find out a slot is running a lower rtp version, or do you just not care if you’re only dropping some fun money anyway? starting to feel like i should be checking the details more closely before clicking spin.
