autoplay speed weird

Been noticing autoplay speeds on some games are all over the place lately. Even with turbo or quickspin, a few reels still drag, while other sessions absolutely fly. Doesn’t seem to match up to advertised speed settings. Wondering if the game’s underlying math or maybe even the server traffic is making a difference, or if it’s just on my end somehow. I’ve tested on a few different browsers and devices but still no pattern.

Anyone else get these odd fluctuations? Is there some reason the same slot has totally different speeds day to day?

Yeah, i’ve had that exact nonsense and my dumb first take is still my real take: some of these slots absolutely fake “quickspin” with extra animation padding, especially on 3d slots and anything tied to promos. Soon as i’m on free spins or some bonus campaign, reels feel like they’re moving through wet cement. Same game next day, normal again. I don’t think it’s “the math,” i think it’s server side pacing plus bloated symbol/payline effects, and they call it a feature.

Turbo is the part that got me. I’ve had blackjack hands deal slower than some “quickspin” reels, which is a little rich!!!

Seen classic slots with one wild symbol still crawl on "quickspin" like it's 2009. You notice it more on bonus rounds or just base game TOO?
