casino says using turbo spins during promo is “irregular play”

Got an email from support saying my play was “irregular” because I used turbo spins during their latest free spins promo. They haven’t voided anything yet but they’re hinting that it’s not allowed. I read the T&Cs and there’s nothing about spin speed, just the usual stuff about max bet and bonus abuse. I like to use turbo because it saves time, not for any advantage. Seems pretty sketchy to drop that after the fact.

Has anyone had this come up before or actually had winnings taken back over turbo spins? Curious how often casinos actually enforce this kind of thing or if it’s just a scare tactic to get people to play slower.
