casino says using turbo spins during promo is “irregular play”

Got an email from support saying my play was “irregular” because I used turbo spins during their latest free spins promo. They haven’t voided anything yet but they’re hinting that it’s not allowed. I read the T&Cs and there’s nothing about spin speed, just the usual stuff about max bet and bonus abuse. I like to use turbo because it saves time, not for any advantage. Seems pretty sketchy to drop that after the fact.

Has anyone had this come up before or actually had winnings taken back over turbo spins? Curious how often casinos actually enforce this kind of thing or if it’s just a scare tactic to get people to play slower. Is turbo spin genuinely considered “irregular play” anywhere or is this just a loophole for them to avoid paying out?

Turbo spins as “irregular play” is pure clown shoes. Same energy as calling fast-fold Poker cheating 'cause you click too quick.

Yeah, that’s support fishing for a reason after the promo already ran. I’ve seen buggy bonus tracking blamed on players before, which is REAL convenient for them.

If turbo isn’t mentioned anywhere in the promo terms, I’d definitely ask them to point out the exact rule before accepting an “irregular play” warning, because that feels pretty questionable.

Nah, “irregular play” for hitting turbo on free spins is just lazy back-office nonsense. Poker clients can track fast-fold and timing down to the sneeze, a slot promo suddenly can’t tell normal spins from turbo until there’s money to pay, interesting, that’s not enforcement that’s fishing

Only wrinkle is some slot back ends do log every click, so they know damn well if turbo was on from spin one. Which is why the "irregular play" line is worse, not better. I've seen that tune start right when promo play lands on a decent hit across enough paylines.
