slot promo says walking wilds count but tracker ignored every respin win.

so i’m running this slot promo that claims walking wilds are included for the wager count, but every time i get a respin and actually win something from those wilds, the tracker just ignores it completely. like, the respin triggers, wild walks over, pays out, but the meter doesn’t move. i’ve double checked the terms and there’s nothing there about respins or wilds being excluded, just says all wins count.

been in chat a few times, they just keep telling me to clear cookies or whatever but i’m not buying it. feels like it’s missing some credit or maybe there’s a trick to triggering it right. anybody else seeing this with walking wild slots and promos? is this some weird standard thing or am i just unlucky with this glitch?
