player assist prop graded wrong but official box score shows it hit

so i had a player assist prop last night that was supposed to be an easy hit, tracked it the whole game and even the official box score shows he got there. but the book marked it as a loss, saying he came up short. i double checked every recap, even did the old rewind and count by hand. trust me, the number is right, my tv’s just fine, and i can count better than when i play blackjack after three gin and tonics.

honestly not my first time seeing this but i usually just let it go since i’m chasing the next thing. this one though feels off, especially when it’s so clear in the stats. like, is it even worth sending screenshots and going through the hassle with support? anyone actually get a correction or do they just stick to their guns? feels like more effort than waiting on a roulette spin when the wheel’s jammed.
