nba assist prop got changed after stat correction but parlay still settled as loss

so i had a little nba parlay last night, one of the legs was an assist prop. live stat people gave the dude 6 assists by the end of the game, but i swear i saw 7 in real time. turns out there was a stat correction like half an hour after the game ended, so the official box score shows 7 assists now. but my ticket already settled as a loss before the correction went up. annoying because that would’ve been the winning leg and paid decent.

i get that things move fast and whatever but doesn’t it make sense for books to wait a bit before grading stuff? i’m used to blackjack where it’s final as soon as the hand’s over, but here it feels kinda sketch if the official stats aren’t even locked. anybody else run into this? do you just accept it or have you had luck with support when it’s clearly the right stat after a correction?
