stake settled esports handicap before map 3 was even over.

so i was sweating this esports handicap bet and noticed it got settled before map 3 even finished. my side was still live, at least in theory, but the book paid out like it was already dead. i checked back after the match and they never adjusted it. i get that maybe the algorithm triggers a payout if a team mathematically can't cover, but there was still a slim path if a miracle happened.

just kind of weird they wouldn't wait for the official result. i know in blackjack they always wait for the dealer to flip the hole card - anything can happen. anyone else have bets settled early like this? did they ever reverse it or is this just how it goes with esports?
