stake esports map winner settled before official scoreboard updated.

Saw something weird the other night while betting on a CS map winner. The sportsbook settled my bet as a win way before the official tournament scoreboard updated with the result. It was only like a 30 second gap, but enough to make me double check both tabs to make sure I wasn’t misreading. Scoreboard was still showing the game live for some reason even though the players had already GG’d and it was obvious who won.

Trying to figure out if this is just normal lag with the data feeds or if they’re pulling info from somewhere else. I know some books use their own sources or whatever for esports, but it just feels odd to have my bet graded before the supposed "official" source updates. Wondering if anyone else has noticed these tiny differences lately or if it’s just an outlier.

That doesn’t sound weird to me. I’ve had Poker tourney cashes post before the room page caught up. Live feeds lag all the time, especially esports REALLY 🙂

That 30 second gap, yeah, feeds beat the public scoreboard all the time, online casinos do similar stuff
