caesars says my odds boost was excluded because i used partial cashout.

Had a bet boosted with one of those daily offers, felt like a smart move. But I started to get nervous during the game and hit partial cashout. The next day my bonus wasn’t credited, and after a bunch of messages, they tell me the cashout voided the boost. I checked the promo terms and it’s buried in the fine print but definitely there.

Honestly, I get it in a strict sense - promo abuse or whatever - but it feels a little tricky when the cashout button flashes at you during a tense moment and nowhere upfront does it warn about this. Have any of you run into this with other promos or books? Is it always a total forfeit if you bail out early, or have you ever had support make an exception?
