bovada voided my soccer card prop because the ref report changed next morning.

Placed a soccer prop last night for cards over 4.5, felt pretty good about the stats and the ref’s style. Full time, they show 5 cards on the live tracker, but in the morning my bet is voided. Turns out the official ref report got updated after the match to only 4 cards. Support told me they only pay on the “final official stats” and that updates from the ref/league override anything seen during live play or even on their own match tracker.

I get that mistakes happen in stat reporting, but voiding the bet after everyone’s seen the match finish with 5 cards feels sketchy. Been on crypto sites and some of those pay out off their own system’s result rather than late official changes. This has me thinking about switching where I bet props. Anyone else had a similar issue with card props or late stat changes? How do you handle it, just eat the void or move on?
