caesars settled my live under after overtime even tho market said regular time.

Had a live NBA under bet that I made during the 3rd quarter. It was super clear on the line and slip that it was for regular time only. After the game goes to OT, the book settles it as a loser based on the OT total pushing it over. Noticed the market said regular time so now I'm confused. Support has just been spinning me around so far and I haven't seen this before.

Anyone else get their live under/over graded wrong after OT? Should I keep pushing or just chalk it up as a lesson?

Caesars gets real sloppy on live stuff, and its worse when promo bets are involved. Regular time means regular time, not whatever they feel after ot!!!

If the bet slip clearly stated regular time only, it’s reasonable to keep pushing with support and ask for the settlement rules or a manual review—save screenshots of the market and bet slip; for future bets, you can also check the market wording carefully on Power.win before placing a live bet.

Honestly the goofy site name isn’t even the red flag, it’s when a promo tag gets glued onto live odds and suddenly the grading goes feral. I’ve had “name brand” books do dumber things than that 🙃 caesars acting polished right up until settlement is the real joke here.

Yeah and the funny part is people act like the sketch is always the weird little books, nah, the big clean ones pull the same crap then make you sit in support hell till you get tired. Had caesars misgrade a live nba team total on me, not ot, just straight wrong number, and support kept answering like a live dealer reading from a card, same canned line over and over, beep beep, useless. If the slip says regular time i keep poking them, out of spite if nothing else. That 3rd quarter under is exactly the kind of bet that looks fine till it turns STUPID in 90 seconds
