caesars review after they voided one leg and made the whole parlay payout weird

Had a parlay over the weekend and one of the props got voided right before the game. I figured they'd just adjust the odds and move on but the payout dropped way more than I expected, didn't look proportional at all. Not trying to chase losses, just curious how these books decide what counts as fair when legs get canceled. Seems like some sites just drop it and recalc, but here it felt like they zapped a chunk of value out of the bet.

Anyone else had a leg voided and notice the payout getting weird? Is it worth reaching out to support or do they just give the standard copy-paste answer?

Yeah, Caesars does that goofy parlay math. Support gave me the usual paste-and-pray response.

yeah, one voided leg should reprice the parlay, not quietly shave promo boost value too. support will hand you paste first, haha!!!
