bet365 betslip showed accepted then ticket came up with worse odds.

Had a weird one happen last night during the NBA games. Had the betslip ready and odds looked good so I tapped confirm. The screen said bet accepted but when the actual ticket popped up the odds had dropped a bit from what was on the slip. Checked my history to see if I was losing my mind, but nope - worse odds than what I hit confirm on. Never had that happen before in the middle of a busy night, at least not where it didn't prompt me for an odds change first.

Is this something anyone else has run into? Wondering if it's a tech glitch or just something that can happen when lines are moving fast. How do you guys handle this kind of thing?

Yes, and for me it’s almost always on NBA player props right before tip or when one guy gets announced in. I don’t think it’s some mysterious glitch, I think they treat your tap like a request until the ticket is fully stamped and if the market twitches in that little gap, guess who eats it. That’s the part that bugs me. From a game theory angle they know most people won’t cancel over a couple cents once they’ve already mentally had the ticket. I got sick of that and now if a prop is jumpy I just back out and wait for a cleaner number, PERIOD

seen that before, and the tell for me was the payout number looked off before i even read the ticket. if i tap in at +145 on a $200 nba side, i already know the return should be $490, so when it lands at $480 and change i know they shaved it. feels less like a glitch than the app doing what it feels like.

Yeah, books lean on line movement way too hard. If it says accepted, that price should lock, otherwise i’m voiding it myself 😑

Yep. Moving line "accepted" is doing a LOT there!

Yep, had it on an NBA total go -110 to -118 after "accepted." If I don't screenshot the slip now, I just pass tbh
