Cashback tracker stuck again?

so my cashback tracker has been frozen since last night, not sure if anyone else is seeing the same. i’ve had little hiccups before but never this long - usually just a quick refresh or log out fixes it, but now it’s just stuck on the same number. kinda throws off my grind because i like to factor those numbers into my session planning, especially for those all-nighters when i’m chasing tiny edges.

i know sometimes there’s lag when the site is busy or after maintenance, but this feels different. would rather not hit up support just yet because it’s usually a whole hassle with the copy-paste answers and all that. anyone else seeing their cashback get stuck or is this just my lucky day. not the biggest deal but it’s messing with my stats routine, which i can’t stand. i haven’t changed browsers or cleared cookies yet.
